A buyers agent workspace and client portal
A buyers agency owner brought us a concept for a workspace that would replace the spreadsheet, the inbox and the group chat. Rather than write a specification, we built it: a working, high-fidelity prototype on demonstration data, fed by live property feeds, so the owner could put it in front of agents and clients before deciding what to invest in.
The agent's Monday, in one screen.
Demonstration environment with an invented agency, agents and clients. Pipeline by stage, the agent's own clients with their progress, the week's inspections, messages from clients and the documents still outstanding.

The buyers agent's business runs on a spreadsheet, an inbox and a group chat.
A buyers agency holds a handful of high-value briefs at a time. Each one is a sequence of shortlists, inspections, comparable sales, offers and documents, shared with the client through whichever channel the client prefers. Agents are good at the judgement. The administration around it is what caps how many clients each agent can carry.
The owner's question was not "what should the platform do?" but "is this worth building, and who would I take it to?" A working prototype answers both faster than a specification, because agents and clients can react to it.
Prototype first, then a recommendation the owner could act on.
Full parity with the owner's own mock-up
We took the concept deck as the specification and built every screen in it, rather than redesigning. The owner's thinking stayed intact and became testable.
The CRM as the system of record
New modules in the agency's existing CRM hold clients, briefs, properties and inspections. The prototype reads and writes those records, so nothing has to be migrated if it goes to production.
Live feeds, not placeholders
Listings from a portal sandbox, state government sales records for comparables, maps and suburb analytics. The comparable sales report is generated from real data for an invented client.
A feasibility review and a launch pathway
Alongside the build, a review of who else might want the platform and a recommendation: prove it inside the agency with real clients and agents first, before taking it to any third party. The owner is now running that pilot; what clients do with the portal against WhatsApp is the number we are waiting on, and it will be reported here when it exists.
Built in two weeks as a single milestone ($3,000 to $5,000 band), on the agency's existing CRM. Which CRMs the pattern has been wired into, and the client-side portal on a phone, are both shown in the discovery session. Data, pricing and who does the work ›
Alvo runs a buyers agent marketplace. Here is the line.
Foleo matches buyers to agents. It is a separate business with its own data, and nothing from an Alvo client engagement, pipeline, client files or the product itself, enters it. Everything built for a buyers agency belongs to that agency, including the right to take it to market. Foleo takes no licence, royalty or continuing right over anything built for a client, and that sentence is in the contract, not just on this page.
If an agency wants Foleo as a distribution partner for what it has built, that is a separate conversation the agency starts, never a condition of the work.

A working prototype in two weeks is usually cheaper than a specification nobody can react to. We build it on your systems and your data.
